Can we get a UN committee together please so that every single displaced person in the history of all conflict gets their right of return? How about Jews back into Iran and Egypt?
Your blog stays pretty level headed for a topic that makes me crazy quickly.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7411958894593823280.post-61927220377876428212014-05-02T02:33:27.557+03:002014-05-02T02:33:27.557+03:00Three grand essentials to happiness in this life a...Three grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for. -Joseph Addison, writer (1672-1719)

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7411958894593823280.post-78219416673969695872014-05-02T01:09:56.917+03:002014-05-02T01:09:56.917+03:00Kol HaKavod for so eloquently putting the thoughts...Kol HaKavod for so eloquently putting the thoughts of so many of us into very clear words. You and ot...I suppose it's a matter of outlook. You and others maintain hope of a settlement. Thus, if achieved, your hopes will have been realized. On the other hand, I and others have long ago given up any hope that a real settlement can be achieved while the current type of Arab/Palestinian leaders are in power who view their mission as destruction of the Jewish state which would be replaced by a greater Muslim Palestine. If a settlement is achieved under that leadership, my reaction would be shock--and probably suspicion as to how real it was and how long it would last. For me to believe that it could be real, several things would have to happen along with a signed agreement: cessation of rewarding terrorists with money and prestige; cessation of propaganda against Jews/Israel by their media, in their mosques and in their school curricula; and openly calling on Palestinians to accept the reality of a Jewish state and to live in peace with their Jewish neighbors.
I can't imagine their current leaders making such changes.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7411958894593823280.post-29156531886203554982014-05-01T21:01:01.297+03:002014-05-01T21:01:01.297+03:00Again well put and I especially loved the end!!! ...Again well put and I especially loved the end!!!
I feel sadder and sadder and even I am wondering daily what will be here - could it happen that there be a return to violence and partially because of Kerry's incitement. There isn't an enlightened voice on either side. so awful. there aren't even "up and comings" to rely on.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
